Scrap & Paint Hub

The Scrap Store

The Re-Utilise Scrap and Craft Store is where to find waste things to make into great things.

It has a wide range of donated craft materials – such as fabric, paper and card, paint, vinyl, plastic and leather – just waiting for a new lease of life.

Welcome to the Scrap Store

Our opening hours are:

  • Tuesday 10am to 2pm.
  • Wednesday 10am to 2pm.
  • Thursday 10am to 2pm.
  • Friday 10am to 2pm.
  • Saturday 10am to 2pm.

We are located at 267, London Road South, Kirkley, Lowestoft NR33 0DS

As a not-for-profit organisation, all the proceeds from our Scrap & Paint Hub go back into the business.

This keeps the stores running, and helps to make sure that the Community Hub Workshops and Drop-ins continue to be available to everyone.

Our stock can vary, depending on the donations we receive.

But what you will find is wide variety of art and craft products, stationery, materials and other items suitable for almost any project you can imagine – at a fraction of the usual price in mainstream stores.

For example:

  • craft paints and brushes
  • artist sketch pads, canvasses, pens and pencils
  • art and craft books and magazines
  • student and office stationery
  • a variety of plain and coloured paper and card
  • various types and quantities of fabric, including leather off-cuts
  • containers, boxes, glasses, and more.

We accept donations of arts and crafts items.
