We are a vibrant community-focused sustainability project dedicated to reducing waste and promoting creativity.

Our scrap & paint store is a hub for salvaging materials, keeping tons of waste out of landfill. And our workshops offer a variety of hands-on craft sessions, including glass fusing and pottery.

Together, we’re making great things from waste things

By saving reusable items from landfill – to turn into cherished works of art and craft – we are committed to a way of life that is sustainable and good for the planet.

And by bringing people together, we support and celebrate community as well as creativity – to help combat isolation and improve people’s health and well-being, whatever their age.

Drop-in

Join us in the Community Hub every Friday for our free drop-in sessions.

You can meet friends old and new, enjoy a chat and a cuppa – and give the free Drop-in Workshop a go.

Warm room

In the winter we will again be one of Lowestoft’s ‘Warm Room’ venues.

Everyone is welcome. Come in for a hot drink and join in games and conversations as you choose.

  • Re-Utilise has helped me feel more confident

    A friend suggested I try coming to Re-Utilise, but I was so nervous at the beginning I wouldn’t get out of the car. Gradually, with Carol’s help and the other people at the Drop-ins, I started to feel more confident about facing people.
    Now I come every week, and I’m a volunteer.
